New Product Director and Finance & Facilities Manager at Co-maker

The Hague, April 1st, 2010 – The management team of Co-maker is strengthened with the arrival of Carlos Hagenaars and Henk Merbis. They have recently been appointed as respectively Product Director and Finance & Facilities Manager. Co-maker is supplier of LeaseOffice, the software solution for automotive leasing, fleet management, rental and finance.

As Product Director, Carlos Hagenaars is responsible for the product development and support of LeaseOffice. During his career he has been responsible for product initiatives and development teams at several market leading international software companies. “Based on my broad experience in product development I will together with the Co-maker team further develop LeaseOffice and contribute to securing the high product quality of LeaseOffice”, says Carlos Hagenaars.

Henk Merbis has more than 20 years experience as finance manager and chief accountant of a worldwide supplier of printing products. In his position he will lead the Finance & Facilities department. “I look forward to utilize my experience and contribute to achieving the business goals”, says Henk Merbis.
